This program aims to seamlessly transition individuals from technical expertise to becoming adept organizational leaders, equipping them with the skills and insights necessary for effective leadership within the Coast Guard.

In my capacity as an Energy Office Assistant at CHS Northwest, I play a pivotal role in coordinating the timely delivery of propane to our valued customers. Additionally, I diligently oversee the maintenance of tank levels, ensuring that our customers never experience energy shortages.

Directed and executed Search and Rescue (SAR) operations across Sector Detroit, overseeing a team of 23 Senior and Junior Coast Guard members. Played a key role in the management of the Sector Detroit Command Center, which operates similarly to a 911 call center, contributing to the coordination and efficiency of critical emergency response efforts.

Demonstrated proactive leadership by managing a team of 10 Senior Enlisted Coast Guard Active Duty Members and contributing to the overall management of the Eleventh Coast Guard District Command Center, similar to a 911 call center. Additionally, provided oversight for Coast Guard operations conducted within the state of California, ensuring effective coordination and execution of critical missions.

Directed and executed Search and Rescue (SAR) operations in the Great Lakes Region, providing oversight for all Coast Guard operations conducted within this extensive geographic area.
